Your Agreement With Me
To make a booking, after completing the enquiry form, I will confirm your place on the course. After this, please send either a 50€ deposit per person (non-refundable) or the full payment due. Payment can be made by personal cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card via PayPal (NOTE: there will be a 3.5% surcharge for all credit/debit card payments). Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your course. Bookings made within eight weeks of the start of your course must be accompanied with full payment.
As a condition of your booking and for your own protection, please take out full holiday insurance to include cover for: accident & medical expenses, loss of personal property, personal liability, cancellations costs and activities. For EU residents, please make sure you have a valid EHIC card (European Health Insurance Card), previously called the E111 which is available from the Department of Health in the UK.
Changing Your Course
I realise that occasionally you may need to make changes to your course dates. Whenever possible I will try to make the changes you request, subject to availability and on condition you may be liable to pay any additional costs which may result.
If You Cancel Your Course
All cancellations must be made to me in writing either via email or post. I will try to re-sell your place as soon as we are advised of your cancellation. If successful, the cost of your course will be refunded to you, less your deposit. If unsuccessful, I reserve the right to retain full or part payment of your course.
If I Cancel Your Course
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking, you will be offered alternative dates and courses (subject to availability). If you do not wish to accept you may be offered a full refund of the cost of your holiday. I accept no responsibility for cancellation of booked courses due to Force Majeure. This includes: acts of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, strikes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, water levels or other similar events out of my control. Under these situations, you would need to claim from your own insurance company.
I do not provide accommodation and whilst I may put you in touch with accommodation providers, any arrangement you come to with them is your responsibility. I make no guarantees regarding the suitability of your accommodation and you should therefore make any enquiries directly to the accommodation provider.
